Skrishtech Refund & Exchange Policy

At Skrishtech, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at service@Skrishtech.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address (return costs may apply unless the item is faulty).
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Yes! If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order (within 14 days of delivery).

Email service@Skrishtech.com with:
- Your order number
- The desired replacement item
- Photos of the original item (if applicable)
We’ll guide you through the return process and ship your new item once we receive the original.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or alternative options.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@Skrishtech.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue
We’ll arrange a free return or replacement (no return shipping cost).
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
