How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at service@Skrishtech.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item(s)

    • Reason for return

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address (return costs may apply unless the item is faulty).

  3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Exchanges

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order (within 14 days of delivery).

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email service@Skrishtech.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The desired replacement item

    • Photos of the original item (if applicable)

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and ship your new item once we receive the original.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or alternative options.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@Skrishtech.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the issue

  2. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement (no return shipping cost).

  3. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
